Meet Kayla

who: Kayla is a cincinnati-based registered dietitian nutritionist. born & raised on the westside of cincinnati. sister to one, daughter of two, cat mom to Olive.

With experience from Cincinnati Children's Hospital and adult chronic disease management & outpatient oncology, she is focused on providing comprehensive and personalized nutrition to all individuals in various stages of life to achieve their personal goals and best state of health. Kayla has written and spoken on various nutrition topics in her personal blog, as well as for Quidwell, Cincy Lifestyle, ‘You Can Pound This’, Local Channel 12, and more! - she loves making the world of food creative, realistic, and fun! She currently holds a role as Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati as well as research associate at Sterling Research Group.

what: lover of food (sweet potatoes, avocado, pb, overnight oats, + warm skillet cookies). group fitness instructor (cycle, barre, cardio/strength training). registered dietitian. runner. golfer. reader. novice crafter. also, i hate peas and i don't see that changing anytime soon.

where: you’ll find me at trader joe’s daily, smale park for early morning runs, weekend brunch all over, diva nails for self-care, chicago for weekend trips, and my mom’s kitchen for the best baked goods in the city.

why: to bring you wholesome, nutritious, and (ideally) realistic meals / snacks / plans & movement for a well-balanced lifestyle.
