Meal Round Up!

With all the mention of getting started into shopping, cooking, and planned meal preparation in my other post, I wanted to give you a plethora of ideas to get started.

Make *note* these are not my recipes. They are a handful of some of my favorites from around the web and ideas I’ve given to friends/family/clients in the past. Also of note, they are not grouped by ingredient, just by meal type, so it won’t be your ultimate source for using all the same grocery items all week long –that’s coming!

What I advise you to do is pick one of your favorite-looking recipes in any category, find a standard or even unique item listed (red peppers, edamame, or roasted red pepper) and figure out how you can weave that in to your others!

BREAKFAST

Cheese Breakfast Casserole (Can omit bacon, sub in chorizo or turkey sausage)
Egg White Veggie Omelet
Egg Muffin Cups
